*Each metered pump dispenses one (1) serving 25mg Micronized Progesterone USP.

Apply one (1) full stroke of the pump to thin skinned areas: the face, hands, breast bone, etc.
For Menstruating Women:
Twice daily, beginning on the 12th day after the first day of menstrual flow through the 26th day.

Non Menstruating Women:
Twice daily for 25 consecutive days, then take a 5-day break.
