1 to 2 tablets, 2 to 3 times daily, between meals If chewed, immediate effects are noted.
Topical: For scabies, crush 2 tablets, put in 1 cup of boiling hot water until diffused then dab onto skin.

Should be used cautiously with coumadin and other blood thinners.
