Nux vomica 6X (legs numb feel paralyzed; cramps in calves and soles) Rhus toxicodendron 6X (stiffness of limbs better with motion) 90 mg each; Lithium carbonicum 3X (chronic rheumatism; whole body is sore) Colchicum autumnale 4X (limbs lame weak tingling; worse in evening) Natrum carbonicum 4X (sprains; weakness of limbs especially in morning) Ferrum phosphoricum 6X (articular rheumatism; rheumatic pain in shoulder) 30 mg each.

Suggested use:
Adults and children above 6 years: 1 tablet sublingually or dissolved completely in mouth 3 times daily or as directed by a physician. Infants and children to 6 years: 1/2 the adult dosage.
