Potent antioxidants are combined in one formula to make this a flexible daily multi-antioxidant. In addition to Beta Carotene and Vitamins A and E, we include Selenium, L-Cysteine and Lemon Bioflavonoids. Selenium and Cysteine help to form glutathione peroxidase, an enzyme responsible for detoxification and for synthesis of hydroxyeicosatetranoic acid (HETE), an anti-inflammatory modulator. Lemon Bioflavonoids modify the bodys reactions to allergens, viruses and carcinogens. Scavengers also include Riboflavin 5' Phosphate, CoQ10, Glutathione and NAC.
