Omega 3:6:9 is a blend of cold-pressed plant oils which provide an optimum balance of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids in an oil suitable for salad dressing and short duration cooking, as well as a direct supplement.
The product contains organic flaxseed oil, extra virgin olive oil and cold-pressed evening primrose oil, with sesame oil for flavouring. The oils are incorporated in a unique combination that gives the best balance of omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids. As well as being used for energy, the correct balance of fatty acids is required for numerous functions within the body. Getting the right balance of these fatty acids is therefore crucial in improving and then maintaining optimum health status
