Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica
FREE OF: yeast, wheat, milk or milk derivatives, lactose, sugar, preservatives, artificial color, artificial flavor, sodium (less than 5 mg per serving).

For adults, start with one (1) capsule daily, build up to two (2) to six (6) capsules per day. Should be taken with 8 ounces of water in the morning hours, or follow the advice of your health care professional.
