Pregnant Women (starting at 34 weeks): As a dietary supplement, dissolve the contents of 1 sachet with water, juice or milk. Take once per day, preferably between meals.

Infant Dose (Bottle Fed): As a dietary supplement, dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in breast milk or formula through age 12 months. Children 12-24 months may continue with 1 sachet dissolved in water, juice or milk, preferably between meals.

Infant Dose (Breast Fed): Mother takes product according to recommendations for pregnant women.
