Shipping Policy
1. Time of Shipping
We keep many products in stock, in order to guarantee the freshness and current
of the products. You should receive your order within 7-10 business days from
the date ordered, Your credit card will only be charged for the ship items.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. If we have the product
in stock it will ship out immediately, you will receive a tracking number via
email. In the case that an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship what
is in stock. You will not be charged for that item. You are charged only for
items that are in-stock and shipped. We do not ship backorders items. You may
place another order later or find an alternative product.
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
We can ship products anywhere in the United States. We reserve the right to
use various carriers in order to insure the best and fastest service possible.
When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability
of your item(s), shipping method and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping
charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable
sales tax.
We offer FREE SHIPPING within the 48 Contiguous United States on most products.
This offer does NOT apply to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses.
This FREE Shipping offer is subject to expire without notice.
All products in stock are usually shipped same business day on orders placed
before 2:00 PM EST.
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit
a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international
ordering options.
2. Products Returns
You may return unopened items for refund or credit within 7 days of receipt
with the exception of special requests, probiotics and any other product that
requires refrigeration. These items are non-refundable. In the event that your
shipment is damaged, expired, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please e-mail us
immediately for a resolution. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization
number (RMA number), please contact us by email to:
returns@nutraexpress.com. In your
email, please include the following information:
Your order number
The name of the product you received that was damaged, expired, incorrect,
or unsatisfactory
Please, pack the shipment adequately to avoid damage during shipping. Indicate
the following information clearly on the shipping package:
Return address.
Shipping address.
RMA number located below the shipping address.
We can not accept returns without a RMA number. If products are lost during
shipping, we cannot issue a refund. Upon receipt of the authorized return items,
we will credit your account for the cost of the product(s) less the original
shipping charges (if apply). After a return has been received, it will take
1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your
account.
