Vitamin D complex, found in Cataplex D, is derived from sunshine and manufactured through the skin and plays an important role in maintaining a healthy blood-calcium level. The vitamin D complex increases the diffusing capability of serum calcium and the absorption of dietary calcium, thereby increasing the total amount of calcium available to all the tissues.
